its been way too f’n long since my last post. but it’s cool seeing the wordpress stats show there has actually been some people checking back for anything new. sorry to disappoint. my internet’s been down and i’ve been in some kind of inspiration drought. sometimes i just see everything as transparent. like nothing i see has any intellectual value. and the only way i can really function creatively is if i find the inspiration. it could be in literally anything. which should give me infinite sources but ironically i have times where nothing means anything. its all perception i guess. its kinda like once i get frustrated with a few failed attempts at being creative i get into this zone where i’m trying to find inspiration but nothing is translating for me and then i just start to believe that everything is nothing, thus making it impossible for me to find anything. then after a few hours, or days, or sometimes weeks, i’ll find a gem of inspiration that would have been a trillion times more enlightening then anything i would have found during the dreadful time of nothingness. its as if whatever happened to cause that inspiration was some kind of divine intervention that was perfectly timed and placed for maximum effectiveness. ye, i’m a run on sentence kinda guy.

the last week i’ve been cramming for Tokyo and the video and working on some new music. i’ve also been taking some time to sit down with the dopest people i know to round up as much inspiration i can before i step into a place i know absolutely nothing about. name dropping is lame so infinite thanks to you all.

i intend on making a couple posts while were in Tokyo, but this may be the last joint until we get back. but probably not. but might. i unno i might release some other shit before we go. or not. or might. who knows really? i’m also a short sentence kinda guy. bah.

anyways, j cole/nerd/jigga man tomorrow then i’m out on sunday. so ya’ll-take-care-a-yo-selves-na.

Shad is the dopest hip-hop artist out of Canada right now and definitely amongst the most talented in the industry. i’ve been meaning to post this for a week but no internet. it’s called The Calling and the video is directed/produced by 360 To Nowhere (check em’ out on vimeo). this is inspiration.
